Simulation


Forced Convection in Pin Fin Array

A research paper's experimental results are checked through simulation. Pin Fin array is fixed in a plate which is being heated. Cold air is being passed through rectangular duct, in which the array is placed. Due to convection by the cold air and with the help of the fins, the plate is expected to release heat faster. Through the project, for different Re of the incoming air, the temperature change of the plate is observed and noted to compare with the experiment.

Wall Shear Stress due to Arterial Stenosis

This study investigates the effect of arterial plaque morphology on blood flow behavior and wall shear stress (WSS) distribution using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Two stenosis geometries, semilunar and wavy irregular shapes, were modeled and analyzed to compare their influence on velocity variation, flow disturbances, recirculation zones, and local WSS patterns. The results provide insight into how plaque shape affects hemodynamic conditions and potential cardiovascular risk.

Electronics Enclosure

Designed a 3D CAD model of an enclosure of a pcb board to keep the board safe while being used. Proper dimensioning of the box with the help of the printed board was crucial during the design. Finally the box is 3D printed and the pcb is fit inside the box properly.

Fish Aquarium & Feed Management System

Designed a 3D CAD model of a solar-powered mobile aquaculture cart as part of a university student's final year project. The cart integrates systems for fish production, water purification, automatic fish feed preparation, and a separate water supply for plant growth.

RC Car Design & 3D Print

Designed and 3D printed a custom RC car body, optimized to overcome race track challenges with improved aerodynamics and durability.

Worm Gearbox Design & 3D Print

Designed and 3D printed a compact worm gearbox, engineered for high torque transmission and reduced speed, ideal for low-speed precision applications.

Reverse-engineered LFR Sensor Shield Design

Designed a custom sensor shield for an LFR (Line Following Robot) car, based on an irregularly shaped PCB already in hand. The shield was reverse-engineered to fit precisely and protect the front sensor from ambient light interference, enhancing the sensor's accuracy and reliability.

RepRap Recycle Autonomous Bot Design

Designed a RepRap Recycle Bot that converts waste plastic into 3D printer filament. The system includes a shredding unit, heating and extrusion mechanism, and a motorized spool collector—enabling closed-loop, low-cost, and sustainable filament production for desktop 3D printing.

AutoCAD Floorplan

Created a detailed 2D floor plan in AutoCAD, showcasing efficient space planning and precise architectural detailing.

3D Floorplan Rendering

Created a 3D floor plan using SketchUp and rendered with Enscape, highlighting realistic interior visualization, spatial layout, and lighting effects for architectural presentation.
